1. How can I trust Cromwell Automotive?
We are ASE certified, NAPA Autocare facility, and an ACDelco Master Technician Facilty with the most up-to-date training available.

2. How long is your work guaranteed for? parts/services.
Our services work come with a 12 Month, 12,000 mile nationwide warranty. We are both a NAPA Autocare faciility as well as an AC Delco ISS. Used parts carry no warranty. Some parts/services are warranteed for a longer or shorter period of time. Please ask about our warranty when you bring your vehicle in for service.

3. What are you hours?
Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, Sat from 8 am to 12 pm and closed on Sunday.

4. What happens if I break down and want to be towed to Cromwell Automotive?
Please call 860-347-2486 and asked to be towed to Cromwell Automotive. Please drop your keys in the drop slot on the side of the building and call us when we open the following morning or you can leave a message on our answering machine.

5. How can you fit me into your schedule for major engine work or just an oil change?
We have 3 full time Technicians and currently are employing a part-time Technician as well. Rodney oversees the day to day operations with Andre as your friendly Service Advisor.
